Ce week-end avait lieu à l'Institut Yeunten Ling de Huy, en Belgique, un stage de deux jours au profit de l'Institut. 70 participants, plus de 8 heures de pratique, 7000 euros récoltés pour l'Institut... et surtout une chaleur humaine et un partage sans égal ! Sébastien gave a very good explanation and a very good presenting of the postures. He always gave the possibility to everyone to ask questions and always answered them correctly and with respect, also for beginners. Sébastien also, where possible presented variations in the different postures for experienced as well as for the less experienced practitionars. The weekend was very balanced: on the one hand some background (theory) but always functional and never too much, on the other hand postures as well as breathing exercises. He also gave the possibility for those who wanted to have an extra session on breathing exercise on Saturday-evening, and gave on Saturday evening also some practical introduction to meditation as a preparation for the optional 7 o'clock meditation on Sunday morning. At

this moment no items should be improved. The weekend was of a high quality and very complete. "
